Children’s
book exchange
Aims Community College provides the Children’s Book Exchange from 5 to 8 p.m., every third Tuesday of the month at the Aims Continuing Education Division, 5590 W. 11th St. Parents can trade the books their children have already read for books donated by other parents. It’s a free way to get new-to-you books for children and keep them excited about reading. The books can be kept forever, or they can be exchanged for different ones in upcoming book exchanges. Books should be appropriate for kindergarten through eighth-grade readers. The following dates are scheduled Book Exchange events: July 21, Aug. 18. For information, call 970-545-0655.
