John D. Daubert, 101, of Brighton died May 27, 2009, in Aurora.
He was born May 9, 1908, in Carnegie, Okla., to John and Lydia (Dies) Daubert.
John married Nora Goertz July 8, 1934, in Gotebo, Okla. John worked for the Soil Conservation Service as an engineer’s aide for many years. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Brighton Ward, since 1958.
Survivors include a son, Kenlon (Geraldine) Daubert of Aurora; a daughter Leila Daubert of Enumclaw, Wash.; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife in 1994, and a daughter, Sonja Class.
A funeral service was June 2, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Brighton Ward. Interment followed at the Crown Hill Cemetery in Wheat Ridge.
