AURORA -- Adams City's Daniel Long was the team medalist at the first Eastern Metro Athletic Conference major (all-school) tournament Aug. 18 at Aurora Hills.

Long fired an even 100. Maximus Gutierrez was next with a 114, and Ty Moffit carded a 147. 

Adams City finished eighth in the team standings.

The second all-school conference golf tournament is Thursday, Sept. 16, in Westminster. The results from these two tournaments determine all-conference honors and the conference champion.
