Three Brighton real estate offices have teamed up to bring their many years of combined experience to customers all under one roof.

    Day and Co., Liberty Belle Properties and Colorado Tenderfoot Properties are part of the Brighton Real Estate Offices, 720 E. Bridge St.

    Deanne Kouba Day, formerly of Brighton Metro Brokers, said bringing the companies together will allow them to expand real estate expertise to customers. Day’s team includes Bill Thornton, Nevya Aquirre, Brenda Solano, JoAnne Chapman, Carol Groves, Connie Powley, Maury Cobb and Sheila Hollister.

    Paula Kungel, of Liberty Belle Properties, said the group will share a like-minded approach to providing quality customer service.

    Christine Curl and Liz Sauter, of Colorado Tenderfoot, also bring their real estate knowledge to the office. The office will handle a variety of real estate needs including land and acreage. Day said buying a new home can be a scary, intimidating venture but they hope to make it easy and exciting for their customers.
