Agnes C. Dreiling, 86, of Brighton, died Dec. 28, 2008, at her home.
She was born Jan. 22, 1922, in Victoria, Kan., to Alexander Quint and Katherine (Speis) Quint. She attended school in Victoria. Agnes married Anthony O. Dreiling Jan. 21, 1956, in Denver.
Agnes was a Brighton resident the majority of her life and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church. She was a softball den mother when her children were younger.
Survivors include her daughter, Geraldine (Glen) DeChant of Arizona; sons, Anthony (Ann) Dreiling and Bill Dreiling, both of Brighton, and Randy Dreiling of Lafayette; brother-in-law, Henry Lapp of Gill; 17 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by both parents, her first husband, Vincent Storm; husband, Anthony Dreiling; daughters, Shirley Kidd and JoAnne Schmidt; and son, Bob Storm.
A rosary will be said at 7 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 4, at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home in Brighton. Mass of Christian burial is at 11 a.m., Monday, Jan. 5 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, followed by interment at Elmwood Cemetery in Brighton.
