COMMERCE CITY – When Brissa Martinez, her husband Javier, and their 3-year-old daughter, Julissa, strolled through the grand opening celebration for Platte Valley Medical Center’s Medical Plaza in the Turnberry Marketplace, they didn’t know they’d become the grand-prize winner of a gift that would impact their spending for an entire year.
